Default Quick Question

Okay, i was checking out cooling blocks for liquid cooling by koolance,

http://www.koolance.com/shop/product...roducts_id=105

and i was curious if you had to put thermal paste on the chipset like you do with the CPU? My guess is you have to...

For Liquid Cooling, no you do not need thermal grease. I used to have a Fanless Zalman. And it said not to use it. Correct me if I'm wrong but for mine it was NO!

well, if they're both made of metal, I see no reason not to. The heat spreaders are no doubt imperfect in thier smoothness, so thermal grease would seem almost like a 'duh' to me, but that's what I'd go assuming without knowing the RIGHT answer.
