Overclocking my AMD2 Dual Core socket 940 3800+ processor

First of all i'd like to say Hello to everyone these Forums

Now i was considering boosting my system, which i built as follows:

Gigabyte M55plus-S3G
AMD2 Athlon dual core socket 940 3800+
2GB kingston DDR2 667
250 GB IDE HDD
350Watt power supply

entering the Bios i get the following options

CPU Frequency (mhz)
CPU clock Ratio
PCIE clock (mhz)
CPU HT-link voltage
SB voltage Control
NB/PCIE/HT-link voltage
DDR2 Voltage control
CPU Voltage Control

If i wanted to overclock my cpu which of the following would you guys recommend i change to achieve around 500mhz, would this be possible using stock cooling?please tell me if i'm dreaming!, a step by step guide would be much appreciated :
