Today I worked on cutting out my Gaskets.


I used a 1366 backplate to hold my threaded rods in place.




Slide the main gasket in place and everything looks ok.


I'll cut the hole square in the top gasket when the cpu is actually present. Right now the hole is the size of the cooling head, and it looks perfectly centered.


And here we can see the whole gasket assembly.

I finally got my hole saw and made my new retention plate It was late so I'll take a picture tomorrow.

But I have some Good News and some Bad News. The Good News is I've gotten 2 new house plans to draw and a appointment scheduled tomorrow for a 3rd. But the Bad News is I may be to busy this weekend to super-cool anything. But I'll have plenty of cash to buy new stuff if I have a Meltdown
