There will come a day, such a day when all will be told more than they wish to know, what one hears may explain the past, it may explain the future, but it has never made a difference either way and it will change nothing. Some day.... But that is not this day, and I don't know when, I just don't know.

I'm getting my new parts tomorrow and will also be OC'ing an E2200.
Got any tips
One thing I would like to know is what your RAM to FSB is, as you left it out in your post. I'm not quite sure exactly what that is yet, but maybe it will help when I start trying to OC.
I coincidently bought the same RAM as you as well. I will be cooling with air though.
Thanks

5:4 or somewhere around there

425/336 =~ 1.265
5/4 = 1.25

Out of curiousity, With my mild 3GHz OC, I only manually changed the VCore from auto to 1.21ish, and my RAM Voltage. Everything else is auto'd: FSB, NB etc. My temps are 37ish at idle, was 50ish till i remember I didn't set my Vcore off auto...

But is the auto settings going to over-do and hurt something?

Auto usually either overvolts or undervolts
Best to adjust it yourself.

YHA, they put my VCore at 1.34Vs..... eek.

Problem is.... I don't know what the stock voltages are, as they come out on the BIOS screen as "Auto"

Anyone got an idea or screen of them?

you can find out your stock vcore w/ coretemp. it will be labeled "VID"
you mem and vcore will be different but these are the voltages i use on my 680i, same with mgcook and some others

Thanks.... I know where to find the important ones Vcore and Mem... It's the FSB, NB, & SB ones I didn't. Well, their actual value anyway. Off Auto they go

I'm running 2.1 on memmory.. Ditched the Ballistixs for OCZs, and 1.2125 for a Set Vcore.

Thanks again
