"realistic" being air there aint no way yer gonna get 4ghz.
air maybe 3.3-3.5 max.
with water and some MAD SKILLZ you might get 4ghz, but i would bend my knee if you did cos i dont think so.

haha, anyway, sticking to amd.. i just bought my buddy an amd 4200+ rig.. well i chose his parts.. and i'm excited for him getting them in!!! hahaha i can't wait to oc his parts! harharhar
