How about the whole world uses celsius except the U.S. It's great....

Anyway dont waste your time on cpu software overclocking programs supplied with your motherboard or ntune. You cant change voltages in windows so its a waste of time and they push towards an obvious bsod. Just use your bios to overclock your cpu and definatly use orthos to stress your cpu and ram, everest for temperatures, and atitool for overclocking your video card.

CMOS Chip... pull it out.. resets CPU... and for ATITool, hit reset defaults
