nvidia 8500 gt ( rivatuner no fan speed adjuster )

I was at my uncles house a today and i was gonna adjust hes fan speed using rivatuner but there is no fan tab to change the fan speed ? he has the 163.18 driver , and i noticed on the main rivatuner interfce it had a few things listed as earlier driver versions .. when he installed the 163.18 he didnt use a driver cleaner and probly had some left over files .. , So is this why that we cant adjust the fan speed speed using rivatuner ? as the topic title says its a 8500 gt card

The card just doesn't have an adjustable fan.

hmm **** , because hes card idle's at 68C

probably crappy airflow in the case
