Default nTune overclocking.

Would using the nTunes automatic tuning scan for say a 12 hour period to automatically audjust my cpu and gpu clocks be a good idea? Im more asking, is the nTune program good to use for cpu overclockin?

Don't use programs to overclock CPU. Use the BIOS. As for GPU...use RivaTuner or ATITool.

Clocks aren't stable when using programs. The clocks are just modified temporarily as Windows is loaded. When you start up, the clock isn't the same until Windows is loaded/the program is ran. Whereas the BIOS clocks it as soon as the PC is started up.
