Default Is this a normal computer temperature?

I went all out to build my computer, now when I run it it seems a little too warm.
Using Xtreme Tuner and SpeedFan these are the temperatures I get.

GPU: 51 - 56 C (Idle) | 57 - 66 C (Load)
Core 1: 28 - 48 C
Core 2: 28 - 48 C
Core 3: 28 - 48 C
Core 4: 28 - 48 C
CPU 1: 34- 46 C

I'm most worried on my video card temp.
My system specs are :
Intel Quad Core 9400
Geforce 250 GTS
12 GB Ram
Is this temperature normal? (btw my computer is in a computer cabinet)

Default Re: Is this a normal computer temperature?

ya, somewhat. I've found them under regular setups to be about 42C ish. but with use up to 46, we can say 48 for your sake. Hopefully your Cabinet has extremely good circulation, as well as your case. not sure what type of thermal probe you have in your system though. under cpu thermal senses are often off, actually. They sorta 'guess the temp by a algorithm and correction in the bios. .
