So I just ordered my new system and I am wondering. What is the benefits to OC'ing? What do I do to overclock? What do I OC? The CPU? Ram? Video card? Thanks for any and all help.

I ordered a E6420, with the P35ds3r mobo with the 2gb gskill ram and the EVGA 320 8800gts ddr3

overlclocking increases the performance of ur system, but it creates heat so you need decent cooling, use riva tuner to overclock that 8800gts and use the bios to overclock ur ram and CPU, just a tip to keep ur machine stable higher the voltage the more you overclock

b1gapl has a o/cing tutorail hopefully he'll post it up. when u o/c ur cpu go up slowly and run orthos or prime95 for bout 30mins and see what temps r. dont let it go over 60 load
