no they are fluorescent.
uv is the type of light that makes them fluoresce.

thats awesome man, yea i love the uv ide cable. i have the uv cathodes but nothing uv in my pc any sugesstions??

I considered that case, but I went for the larger PC-A70 instead. Mainly for my watercooling.
