I recommend getting 2 sticks of 512MB RAM totalling 1GB instead of getting 2GB. 2GB over 1GB gives very little performance increase.

Also, on the topic of RAM. Make sure to get ValueRAM unless you are into overclocking. Expensive RAM gives no performance increase unless you overclock with it, and if no overclocking is done, it is a waste of money.

I would also take that saved money from the RAM and allocate it into getting a 6800GT, instead of a regular 6800.
