Default Need assistance finding a UPS

Im building a super computer for someone and the only problem I am having is finding a Rack mountable UPS that needs the following things.

Has to be between 150 and 300 USD
A USB connection to the computer
Vista 64 bit compatible software that can tell the computer to shut down in case of a power failure

Im normally pretty good at finding things, but Im still looking for this item.

Any help is appreciated.

Bump, This one seems pretty good but there are a few things wrong with it.

Newegg.com - CyberPower Rackmount CPS1500AVR 1500VA 950W 6 x 5-15R Battery/Surge Protected Outlets UPS - UPS

One it only has a serial cable out and I want native usb, the software is on floppies and I am not 100% sure if it will work with vista.

I've got a Powercom 1200watt UPS, I've had it about 5 years. I just had to replace the batteries and I was really surprised at how cheap they were (2) for under $50. Looking at there site, they have a rackmount, usb, Vista unit listed as a new product but I can't find any for sale yet.

It's to bad you just can't place a regular UPS in the bottom of the rack tower, or whatever it's called
