My setup and an OC.

Hey guys ,
Well Maybe at the end of this week ill be running on:

C2D E6300
Zalman CNPS9500 LED
AS5 Thermal Past
Asus P5B-Deluxe
X1900XT 512MB
1GBx2 Corsair 667 RAM
Antec Basiq 500W

Now i have never OC'd in my life, where do i start off I have read guides about it and i think ill be willing to take the risk. But I know 667 RAM isn't recommended for OCing, why so , and how does it effect the CPU itself?

Well, all you really do is take your FSB and multiply it with the multiplier. You have to change some settings though. Here's an overclocking guide. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/19...9-tomshardware
