Default My new build is FINALLY ready

Hey guys, i wanna thank everyone who tried to help me get my parts and help me in building this.

Im using vista ultimate 32bit.my gfx card is the 8800gts superclocked version.
I ran 3dmark 06 and got a score of 9008.
I was wondering if thats too low or normal?

And Is their a good program i can use to monitor temps? i need to know what my temps are right now for both my gfx card, and cpu.

Thanks

That seems normal. If you overclock, you'll hit 10-11k.

Monitoring programs are Everest, Core Temp, or Speedfan. But speedfan in my opinion, tends to give bogus readings. Core Temp is very accurate for CPU temperatures.

are you on the latest drivers?

ATI tool will show you the GPU Temps

Mine never goes above 66*C, no matter how many times it does the "heat up phase"

I think ATI Tool had problems running on Vista. Personally, I haven't tried ATI Tool on Vista though.

ntune works.

But I think as soon as ATI Tool works properly on Vista, you should use that.
