Default Mod AT case to ATX

Anyone ever done this? Picked up an AT case for $1.00 today, of all the towers in the place it was my favourite as I want to do some hefty modding to the case and the lines worked well for cutting and the design I have in mind. The big flaw is that it's AT instead of ATX, hence the $1.00 tag. Anyone every modded one of these to work for ATX? Any tips?
