which mobo??

I think i finally decided on getting my first choice for a processor after looking into an AMD Atholon XP 3200+. Im getting the P4 2.8E Ghz with HT.

now im choosing a mobo. Im looking at 2 differnt ones right now. they're both ASUS.

This was my first choice:

Then I saw this one which is a little bit cheaper but seems like it'll preform the same:

Which one is the better choice?

i would go with the Asus P4C800-E Deluxe Motherboard. i've heard good things about this mobo.

They are pretty much the same except for the Chipsets, I think that if you are on a budget you could get the P4P800, but if you have the extra $$$ get the P4C800.
