| Ninja Stargate Addict | im planning on upgrading to 4GB ram on my pc, and i found some OCZ 800Mhz Sli Ready ram for £30 on cclonline Buy 2GB OCZ SLI Ready Edition Dual Channel Kit*OCZ2N800SR2GK from CCL - Online Retailer of the Year 2007 & 2006 for laptops, desktops and computer hardware will this be able to run in dual channel mode with my crucual ballistix ram? i know my crucial is rated at PC2-8500, but my mobo doesnt reconise the 1066Mhz SPD, so im stuck at 800Mhz, which is the same as the OCZ i am looking at. If i get that ram, will i still be able to run it in dual channel? if not, what kind of performance drop will i be looking at due to lack of dual channel? |
