Memory questions..

So I'm currently using 1x 1gb Corsair XMS2 ddr2-800/6400 ram. It's supposed to be running 5-5-5-12 but according to cpu-z, it's at 5-5-5-18 @ 401 mhz. I'm not really familiar with messing with my timings, so I don't know how to get this lower and where it should be at.. I did up my ddr voltage +.1 since it's 1.9v and my mobo comes at 1.8.. yeah, idk..
