Default MB too hot.

Hey, I just got my build together q6600, lanparty dk x38, 4gb patriot ram, hd4850, and corsair 750tx. So it's all together and it runs fine for a little bit, but then it freezes. When I do a hard restart and go into the bios it says my motherboard temp is 90C. That's really high and I don't know why it's that high. Did I mess up the wiring or something? cpuz and bios screenshots will be posted within a couple mins.

did you attach the northbridge heatsink? and if so, did you seat it properly with thermal compound?

Yea, I just realized I forgot that and I got that installed and now my chipset temp is around 40C and GPU temp about 47C. Are those good temperatures?
