Making Phase Change Setup Need Help

Ok basically the title says it all.

First of all im looking to make my very own phase change unit but I need a bit of help to clear some things out from people who have done this before.

Im already making NL2 and Dry Ice blocks but i want something to run 24/7 unlike those two which ill only use for intensive benching.

Firstly I know how the cycle goes and what I need but when it come to the refrigerants i get a bit confused on the oils and stuff and also charging up the unit or refilling it confuses me a bit.

So can some please explain to me the basics on how to do those things or show me a guide on what to do and also any things ill need to know when making it.

And also please no newbie questions in this tread on what phase change is please. Google it up if you really want to know.
