Default Laptop CPU and Temperature

Problem... My computer keeps turning itself off when the cpu is at 100%, and the bottom of the laptop gets extremely hot... I downloaded a temperature program which said it was 52 degrees. Is this high? and if it is, what should i do....

Any help would be appreicated..

Thats not a dangerous temperature. Chech out your BIO's, and see what your shut down temp is. This will determine if thats the problem. You can find out if you are or arent exceeding that limit.
