Default Issue with OC.

Hello! I was wondering if any can help...I have a DFI iron blood T2RL motherboard and it overclocks fine, however the RAM speed is changing with the overclock of the FSB...I did read into it and found that there should be an option not to link the ram speed with the FSB...but could see no option for me to do this. I told it to run at the specified DDR2800 speed but would keep changing as I increased the FSB speed.

I found that if I downclocked the RAM to something funky then OC it would eventually hit the stock speed and run ok..but I bought cheap ram (mistake I know) so when I start going past stock speed again it will crap out and not boot.

My C2D E4500 is running sooo cool at 2.7GHZ I know it wants more juice put to it!! but the RAM overclocking with the FSB is holding me back big time. Any ideas?
