Default IceQ3 vs. Zalman VF700-ALCU

Which would be better for my X1800gto? The IceQ3 is what came with the card but it seems to work pretty well. The highest the card gets to is 72c but I was wondering if I could overclock it more if I could get it colder. And if the VF700-ALCU would do it since I have one of those.

I wouldn't even bother, 72C on a X1900 card is pretty good for how much heat it gives off.

I have a X1800 not a X1900. Is 72c a good temp for it? I've seen them pushed to 90c but I'm not sure what is actually good.
