Alrighty, I want my comp to sound like a jet engine, or something similar, but I want it to cool like it had a tornado inside of it, any suggestions?

get a bunch of Delta Fans, or Tornadoes. The cooling they provide will be excellent.

for the effect buy a coolermaster jet 7

lol turn on ful blast and doesnt half make a noise. why do u want it to sound so loud?

A very good question; but as Knuckle suggested, a case full of Vantec Tornadoes running full bore will be loud enough to cause auditory bleeding in close proximity.

Just buy a nice ThermalTake case with fans already in it... only 80mm fans though.

My ThermalTake Xaser 11+ is pretty loud when on full, keeps the CPU Temp around 30 - 35 though.
