Default I need help with advanced memory settings

hey guys idk if i got all my memory settings right. i have some 1066 patriot viper this model:
Newegg.com - Patriot Viper 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

its on a evga 680i


my settings are:
5-5-5-15 2t

tRRD 4
tRC 31
tWR 6
tWTR 10
tREG 7.8uS


there all set to auto right now but i was wondering if these look right or do i have it wrong.

lol...not so quick there nos....
yes they are alright and yes, it is very difficult to explain. i think XS has almost like a cookie cutter setting sheet they will advise you with. at least a lot of them know buttloads more about ram than me

but, i can tell you that your advanced timings you have listed are (probably) as loose as they can be, with the exception of the tWTR, which most likely goes to 11.

Your tRc seems a little high. I have Patriot Extremes @ 1066 right now and they're at 28.
