i have a problem, the compuer i bought a while ago (b4 i knew anything about gaming) doesnt support AGP cards. so, of course, all my games run crappy.

now i would just get a new mobo and card, but heres my problem....my case is a compaq , and i have heard that you cant fit mobos in there....but i think that a micro ATX will, b/c, well, it says micro atx form factor...plz click on the link to confirm that i am right tho

need some help from teh intel fans though, says those MoBos (pc chips, ne way) are compat w/prescott cores....that means they are also compat w/northwood and willamette? i think they are, if so, either of those boards will work, there are many others also......

Man, those are some cheap boards. They will work, no reason why they wouldnt. Compaq, ouch. Can you afford a few hundred dollars? If you can, I would put together a halfway decent gaming machine. You can build an alright system nowadays for next to nothing.

Start slowly. Get a nice big case, and then get a nice motherboard that is not too much. You can get a good ASUS for 60 or 70. Same with most other brands.
