Default I feel ashamed that i'm asking this.

I've never been one to OC my CPU. And now I really don't have a reason to. But, I want to. I've heard good things from OC'ing X2's. But, I go into BIOS, under M.B intelligent tweeker, and I cant go past 10X 200. Could it be my mobo wont support it? Or am I completely missing something
