 |  I Broke 4 Ghz!!!! Hi....a few of you folks may know me/... im stuck with a PD till my birthday next week, so i wanted to see how much life was left in this beastie, so i decided to do some oc'ing on my P5N-D... I manually clocked my CPU to 4.012 just to break the 4Ghz barrier...and it workd..and its at 29C on idle!!!!!!!! (with an OCZ Vendetta) this is on stock volts btw... does anyone know how much furthur i might be able to get this thing?

 | Re: I Broke 4 Ghz!!!! Try stressing it, to see if it's stable. It doesn't look that hard to reach 4GHz on that one, since it has such a high multiplier of 17x. You would just have to increase the FSB by 35MHz.

| Re: I Broke 4 Ghz!!!! mine hits 3.3GHz at 30 C, i think. Have to check back after reinstalling Vista all over again thx to my dumb intelligence of letting some viruses onto my computer n messing up my network n stuff.
