What Green Things?

If you mean the heat shrink tubing or sleeving, you can get it on http://www.frozencpu.com/

Yeah both green things, the tubing and sleeving, can i get them at a hard ware store?

Most local computer shop's carry the sleeving kit's pretty cheap.
