yes, go with antec because they are a brand name, and because of that, are more trustworthy. and shrap is right, you will regret getting a HDD with a 2mb buffer. if you are looking at gaming, do not skimp on the vid card, but if not, if you are just gonna use the computer for web surfing, and word processing, then get a card that is around 50 to 100 dollars that is at least 64Mb, you wont need 256 ever.

i should warn you Allied power supplies are rebadged deer PSU. they are know to be cheap and very unrelaible to the point of damaging your computer hardware. i highly suggest getting the Antec power supply

k, so get the 2500 barton, the 8mb hdd, and the antec psu? k. is there anything else that i'm overlooking that i'll need to build this thing?
