| Wizard Techie | give us a model, brand, and pics if possible. Also, did you actually try to look at how they WORK? usually if you investigate, you can learn how the mechanism operates and deduce the next step on your own. Trial and error is your friend. Ryan

| Monster Techie | On the bottom of the white things, you push in the center while holding the top, and that allows the white prongs to squeeze together and then you can pull them out.
