how to overclock2.8e?

hi i have a prescott p42.8 .
i know its not o/c friendly but i'ld like to play around with it.

are there any guides as to how i can start ie what tools i need? also what do i do when i get the blank screen when i have oc'ed too much? i often see people posting about that. thanks.
