how to overclock a 566MHz celeron processor?

if you guys know how to overclock this processor can you tell me. if you know and want to tell me every step plz.

well is ur build or hp compaq or gateway or somehting? u cant if it is a name brand pc but u can if it is a home built one and since it is 533mhz u prolly baught it since building back then was not nearly as big as it is now
