How much power

Hi, I've finalized what I would like to be my new computer and I would like to know how much power is needed.

CPU : Intel P4-2.8E GHz/800/1M
MB : Asus P4P800(i865PE,800FSB,Dual DDR400,USB2,Sc)
Mem : 512MB DDR 400 PC3200
HDD: Maxtor 80GB 7200rpm 2MB Hard Drive
FD : Standard 1.44MB Floppy Drive
VC : ATI Radeon 9600XT 128 retail
CDDVD : 52X CD-ROM Drive
Speakers: Just the good old cheap ones

300-400 wat will do and also how much did ur config cost?

it totaled to be about $765 canadian

All the parts are from Generic Computers and Atic. The hdd is recycled though

ok so ive narrowed it down to two psu's
an antec truepower 380 or 430
ill probably go with the 380 and then buy the 430 if i need it

i would highly recommend the true430, i have it and it works flawlessly and quietly on my XP2500 system.
