Default how to make faster in general

I was just wondering what i could do IN GENERAL to make my pc faster.. it used to be .. but after a few months it just got slower and slower.. i dont want to have to buy really anything due to me buying a new pc in a few months.. but for the time being... what can i do to make it back to normal.. like getting a certain program or doing soemthing on the pc.. thank you

You can try doing a defrag run with Perfect Disk [some will disagree as there are a few good other defrag programs on the net]
And spyware maybe slowing your pc down, download spybot search + destroy and do a run with that, you may also want to download adaware personal SE and do a run with that.
Also you can try out a registry cleaning program, tuneup utilities 2006 is a good program, it has reg cleaner, hard drive cleaner etc

umm.. you can defrag your computer.. check for spyware or just plain reformat...
