Default how does this mobo match the cpu

Im picking up this mobo:http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...127-144&depa=0

I have 1x512 pc3200 ram. Im either going to get the AMD 2800 w/333 XP or the 3000 XP w/ 400fsb. Any suggestions? How do these match? Also whats the deal w/ dual channel memory..y is it better? Thanks

looks good, if you have the money go for the higher CPU and i would definatley, since it is that high, get a new heat sink for it .

I can either get that processor or a p4. What would you get for multi tasking/gaming?

looks good. for gaming, i'd suggest the amd 3000+. i like amd's a lot better than intels. cheaper too.

I ended up going with the amd and the mobo listed above. Seems like a sweet setup...ill let u know how it runs. THanks
