Default how do you overclock?

hi there,i know that this question has been asked a million times before....and i've read some of those threads, but i can barely understand themXD

so i was hoping you guys can teach me how to overclock my lappy(specs in my sig)
i saw in another OC thread someone told the asker to go into his bios and look at his OC options.i did that...but really have no idea what i'm looking for,and didn't want to click buttons and see what happened.

so any help would be very very much appreciated, and was also wondering what hardware can be OC'd

thanks

It's very dangerous to overclock laptops, they are very rarely (if at all) designed for it. They tend to overheat greatly even with the slightest OC.

Generally the GPU and CPU, but other hardware can be OC'd (not that it works very well for other hardware).

Your bios will be locked. Even if it was not temps would be an issue.

End of overclocking.
