Default How do I overclock an Intel E4500 w/ECS 945GCT-M/1333?

Hi everyone!

I am a relatively new builder and have just finished my second build. I have never overclocked before. When I did the research for my new processor, the data indicated that my processor was capable of excellent overclocking without over heating and without creating any instability.

Well, I do have some questions:

How exactly do I overclock an Intel E4500 w/ECS 945GCT-M/1333?

How much should I overclock it without creating unnecessary risks?

Is it really worth it? [I do not game at all].

Ok, I am waiting....

Thanks,

Not-So-Fast-Freddy

well if your not gaming well its not really worth it i mean even if you were gaming 2.2ghz is acceptable but most like to go a little higher with an OC but since your not gaming then its not really necessary.
