it doesnt seem they're doing anything to the heavy duty ones though.. the cores with the 1mb cache.. those don't seem to be taken huge chunks off like everything else

my god!! have the prices already started dropping some places!!! now when are the 4400's going to drop!! or 4000 x2's!! ... do they make 4000x'2 for 939.. or is that just am2????

hrmm... after doing some reading.... i see that they're holting production of the x2's with 2x1 mb cache because it costs too much money?!?!??! is this true???

I would ultimately like a 4400 x2 but I can see they aren't dropping any time soon. dangit!! Guess I'll have to save the pennies

Isn't that quad core processor going to be on an AM2 socket?? Or is it a totaly different socket?
