Help! Unlocking Pipelines Radeon X850XT

It have recently purchased a Radeon X850 XT AGP Video card from Newegg.com

I was supposed to have 16 Pixel Pipelines. but when I look at it through ATI Tool. It actually says I have 12 Pixel Pipelines active.
WHATS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!! The Box says X850XT. The Artwork on the card itself says X850XT. As far as I can tell. All the other specs are correct. 256Memory 256 bit interface. Only the pipelines aren't right. It also doesn't have the fan housing as shown.
I am still getting great framerates in Half Life. @120 FPS which is incredible compared to my old Nvidia GeForce 5200 FX @ 30FPS

Does anyone know whats going on with this card?
