Default Help Overclocking - Stuck at 2.4Ghz

Im stuck at 2.4Ghz on my E6300, DS3R, and Arctic Freezer Pro 7.

I think my ram could be limiting me at PC5300, especially as there both value ram and different makes. One elixir and one Kingston.

all ive changed is rthe FSB though. Volatge is the same, ram is the same.

Temps are at about 28C.

Thanks.

Aha ! It gets to 2.904 Ghz Now, 30 Degrees C idle. Not sure how stable it is though.

What programs are you using to check stability and you need to burn it in before trying to go higher. Also you will probably need to up the voltage to keep it stable at those speeds.

Run Orthos overnight and see if the test passes.

Going to stick with what I have, not going to upgrade.
