This has nothing to do with your overclocking, but I think your hard drive is running abit warm.

Ya i just have it sitting on my desk at the moment since i an still working on my Case. So i expect it to be that warm. Still isn't that bad for no air flow over them.

try increasing the HTT speed more instead of using mainly the multiplier, while RAM is at 667
the RAM will actually increase along with the HTT speed, but it should have more headroom
