Help overclocking!!!

Hello, I got a FIC mobo, model AD11, with a Athlon 1.0 ghz chip, 256mb of ram, and windows xp pro.

Now here is my question... I want to overclock this bad boy, I already got a new water cooling system to tame heat down, and I'm very computer savvy, I have been building my own systems since back in the days of the mighty 386

I have never gotten into overclocking, and ever since I saw my friend's modded puter, I was really bitten by the computer modding bug.
