Default Help OCing Radeon 4770

Well to start with this...

I bought the card recently, recently meaning last friday and got it this past wednesday, and the first thing I did, after downloading needed drivers and CCC, was I overclocked it.

What I was surprised to notice was that CCC actually had a max setting it was allowing you to OC the card. Is there another program I can get to push it a little further?
