Default Help a nub...

With your help here at the forums I put together my computer about 6 months ago, now I need you guys again.

I want to overclock my E6600. I would really appreciate a... nubs guide... if you will, to go about the overclocking process. Any link to another source would be appreciated too.

E6600
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 (I think my cpu temp @2.4ghz with this cooler was around 24c)
MSI P6N SLI Platinum 650i mobo
4GB (4x1GB) G.Skill DDR2 800
320mb 8800GTS

I want Crysis on high settings to about 30fps. Is it possible with a cpu tweak? With a screen resolution of 1280x1024?

There will come a day, such a day when all will be told more than they wish to know, what one hears may explain the past, it may explain the future, but it has never made a difference either way and it will change nothing. Some day.... But that is not this day, and I don't know when, I just don't know.
