hmm...i could only tell because after reading a review on the MSI and going to there webite. they have a whole section about overclocking in the included manual and the reviews were mainly focused on it's overclocking abilities.

The Intel board didn't have any overclocking features, or at least Intel didn't market it with any overlocking mentioned in the BIOS or anything.
