Help with MEM timings please!

can someone help me with my OCing.. this is my first time, and i want to get it good.

im using a AMD 3800 x2
with 2x 512mb OCZ 400 RAM.

What do you want us to tell you to do? Will the RAM not go any higher? What have you tried? More information please. And could you give a link to the specs of your RAM, cuz there are a lot of OCZ 2x512 kits out there.
