Default help me OC

here are me specs:

mobo: Asus p4p800se
CPU: 2.80 ghz p4 northwood
mem: 1gb geil ram
VGA: radeon 9700 128mb
psu: 500w antec smart power

ok, so i down loaded pc wizard, i clicked on the temp icon, and at the bottom of the ;lsit it says the temps right?

so i got: prossecor temp 19c, mainboard temp 24c, HDD temp 29c.

now im not sure what to do i had a look round the bios but dont fully understnad how to go about oveclocking, but i know that 19C seems bloody good tho right? so any ideas?

yes 19c is VERY good....but since you have a northwood it won't take the temps that a prescott would...take a look at the sticky if you wanna know how to OC

ok, so i went in to the bios, not sure what to do, i went to some setting and it came up with severlle options saying:
overclock 5%
overclock 10%
overclock 20%
overclock 30%
i selected 5 and worked my way up to 20, it is not on 3.4ghz, at 25c, have i done this all right, there werent any options like ive been reding about with fsb and voltage?
