| 'AS5' is probably what they meant. Artic Silver 5, thermal paste, goes on the bottom of your heatsink to seal up any irregulaities between it and you CPU. It's really important... guess your helper forgot about it... |

| for a mobo, maybe check out DFI lanparty series. Prolly the Ultra-D, unless you wanna run SLI, then either the SLI-D or the SLI-DR
